Moroccan Avocado Juice: a recipe, kind of
This is basically all I ever eat/drink, and I know some secret places that make a mean Jús du Avocat.
So here’s the recipe.
The juice of 2, possibly 3, Oranges (preferably of the Moroccan variety ;),
one appropriately ripe avocado.
Sugar, if needed (not needed, in my humble taste)
Blend and enjoy.
This avocado orange juice a variation of a more traditional kind of Moroccan Avocado Juice. Avocado with milk, sugar, dates and sometimes almonds. If you’re ever in Morocco and want to get some Avocado juice, and you too are just not that into milk, you can just ask for orange juice instead milk in your avocado juice, and it’s delicious. Acer dú Avocat, avec Límon, Blah zucár. (…my jumbled attempt at french, arabic infusion…so just try to pronounce that and see what happens).
